When you request a consultation, we collect your name, work email, company, budget range, and project details. When you browse this site we collect standard analytics data — pages viewed, referral source, device type, and approximate location.
2. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and schedule and prepare for consultations.
- To scope, deliver, and support software engagements under contract.
- To measure and improve this website in aggregate.
- To send service updates you have opted into. We never sell personal data.
3. Client systems and data
During engagements we may access client systems and data solely to deliver contracted work, under a signed data-processing agreement and NDA. Client data is never used to train AI models without explicit written permission.
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run our business — our CRM, analytics, and email providers — each bound by data-processing agreements.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working; analytics cookies help us understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
6. Your rights
Request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at privacy@lumiviosoft.com. We respond within 30 days. Texas and California residents may exercise their respective state privacy rights.
7. Retention & security
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months; client records for the engagement plus 7 years. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, with role-based access and audit logging.
